Before submitting, please note the following:
- Submissions may be written under your name or a pseudonym.
- We do not require disclosure of diagnoses or personal details beyond what you choose to share.
- Submissions are reviewed and may be edited for clarity, length, and safety.
- We may decline submissions that are not a good fit for the publication.
- You may request withdrawal of a submission prior to publication.
We are especially interested in work that:
- documents recurring barriers or patterns
- connects lived experience to systems or policy
- clarifies an issue that is often misunderstood or individualized
We are not able to publish:
- crisis or emergency requests
- content seeking personal advice
- generalized venting without context or purpose
